4. Compras dentro de la app

Todas las compras se procesan a través del proveedor de la tienda de aplicaciones correspondiente.
Los precios pueden cambiar sin previo aviso.
Las compras generalmente no son reembolsables, salvo que la ley aplicable o las políticas de la plataforma a través de la cual se realizó la compra dispongan lo contrario.
Los artículos virtuales comprados dentro del Juego no tienen valor en el mundo real.

5. Publicidad

El Juego puede mostrar anuncios proporcionados por socios publicitarios externos.

Al usar el Juego, reconocés que pueden mostrarse anuncios como parte del Servicio.

6. Propiedad intelectual

7. Conducta del usuario

Participar en conductas fraudulentas, abusivas o dañinas.
Violar cualquier ley o reglamento aplicable.

Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender o cancelar el acceso por violaciones a estos Términos.

8. Renuncia de garantías

El Juego se proporciona "TAL CUAL" y "SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD".

Nuestra responsabilidad total derivada de o relacionada con el Juego no excederá el monto que hayas pagado, si corresponde, por compras dentro de la app durante los doce (12) meses anteriores al reclamo.

Podemos suspender o cancelar tu acceso al Juego en cualquier momento, con o sin previo aviso, si consideramos razonablemente que violaste estos Términos o las leyes aplicables.

11. Cambios a los Términos

Podemos actualizar estos Términos de vez en cuando. Las versiones actualizadas se publicarán dentro del Juego o en la ficha de la tienda de aplicaciones. El uso continuado del Juego después de que los cambios entren en vigencia constituye la aceptación de los Términos revisados.

12. Ley aplicable

Estos Términos se regirán e interpretarán de acuerdo con las leyes aplicables en la jurisdicción donde esté establecido el operador del Juego, sin tener en cuenta los principios de conflicto de leyes.
